Prior to your appointment or visit to Kindness Matters Reflexology Studio, please review the following questionnaire as it pertains to your contact, health and travel situations in the past 14 days. COVID-19 information is changing everyday and we do our best to keep up with the guidelines as set by the W.H.O. and the Reflexology Association of Canada, and BC WCB.. Symptoms to watch for remain, (common symptoms) High sustained fever, persistent cough, prolonged fatigue, (Less common symptoms) sore throat, headache, loss of taste or smell, rash on skin or discoloration on fingers or toes - (severe symptoms) include difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, chest pain, loss of speech or movement.

It is understood that reflexology is provided in a clean, safe environment where physical distancing is not possible. Every precaution will be taken with every client, as outlined by the W.H.O. and BC WCB guidelines, however, if you have answered YES to any of the symptomatic questions, please consider postponing your session to a later date. Thank you for your consideration to ensure the safety of all persons who may enter this facility. Wearing a face covering or mask is now recommended but optional for all sessions.
